RETURNS/EXCHANGES

If you're not 100% happy with your bag, you're welcome to contact us within 14 days of delivery to request a return or exchange.  To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it.  

Please email us at customerservice@baggingrights.com and we'll get the process started for you.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

All returns require pre-authorization. Any items returned without pre-authorization will not be eligible for a refund. 

All shipping costs (i.e. the shipping costs you paid when you placed your order) are non-refundable. 

Customers are responsible for the shipping fee on sending the item back to us.

Once the return authorization is issued, please return your item within 7 working days.  Items returned after 7 working days will not be eligible for an exchange or refund.

International orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. 

RETURN/EXCHANGE DEFECTIVE ITEM

Please email a picture to customerservice@baggingrights.com that clearly shows the defective item and describe the issue with your item in order to receive a replacement.  

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll send you an email letting you know we have received your return.  If the item is in perfect condition, your return will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original payment method (minus original shipping charges).
